Do you require a booking fee?
Yes — a signed contract and booking fee hold your date. The balance is due the day of the event.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry general liability and can issue a Certificate of Insurance and name your venue as required.
Do you set up and tear down?
Always. Setup, soundcheck, operation, and teardown are part of every booking.
Who shoots the photos?
Qualified freelance photographers we vet and coordinate — you book everything through one contact and one contract.
What if something fails mid-event?
Every job travels with backup mics, cables, and power. One failure never ends the night.
What about weather?
Outdoor events get a written weather and backup plan in the contract before the date.
How far ahead should we book?
Rapid City prides itself on being able to do an event with minimal notice — reach out even if the date is close.
